Learning from Play School Partnerships
To help us develop our Learning from Play activity modules we asked the people who matter - primary school teachers.
Through closely working with teachers to develop Foundation Phase active learning programmes in their schools, our learning themes have helped to inspire their pupils. Below are a just few of the comments we have received to date.

Welsh Boxes have been a great company to deal with and are always willing to try designs for something new or to modify designs to meet the needs of the pupils.
This has been a wonderful opportunity to work closely with a local company to produce cost effective resources that have inspired learning and language development throughout our Primary School.
Working together, teachers and designers have created a range of resources that have inspired creative role play and fuelled children’s imagination.
As soon as they were unpacked the Beach Huts were taken over by the children. They painted them in bright surfing colours and turned one into a Surf Shop and another into a Funky Hut.
Full of ideas about the sea; and contributing to the theme, bringing in sand and body boards, setting up a net and playing volley ball, making an imaginary picnic to take to the beach and cooking on an imaginary barbeque. They even made paper ice cream cones...
As the Foundation Phase is introduced and developed, we shall work with additional progressive primary schools to help us establish new activity modules and active learning themes.
